Everyone wants a purpose. That's the differentiator of this club. You prospect, then become a member. It turns into a mentorship. Lifelong . Self supporting. And a back up for each person's boys. Supported by dads. Do this buy volunteering ....mainly play fun games  Stats, currently: 1 in 7 men have no friends. 1 in 4 struggle to name a best friend. The next generation was raised in screens , social media, vivid, and mass shootings. The stats on romance are disgusting. We have these brands promote us, be we are doing something about it. We are "Like A Father"(c).  We get started locally to get out the kinks. Involve Mission 43. Ventilation is key. The ability to open windows, ideally with blocking mechanism to allow you to open the window enough for fresh air, a window that locks, and has screens.  Water and moisture are the enemy. Keep them away and down the drain. Use gutters outside, have many down spouts, keep them free and clear so water can move, otherwise in the winter the water will freeze, then water backs up under the roof and floods down the wall and ceiling. So they are useful, but if not taken care of properly they cause more harm.  Learn how to do all the work that doesn't require a license, especially if you care about attention to details. But, sometimes it's easier to pay someone.
